What is the process to become a Handle-It dealer?

Getting started is simple. We begin with a New Dealer Questionnaire to learn more about your business. From there, we collect a W-9 and reseller certificate. If you are ready to place orders, we can review your credit application and set up terms.

What kind of training do you provide?

We offer flexible training options designed around your team. This includes virtual sessions, on-site training at your location, or hands-on training at our Milwaukee headquarters. Both sales and service training are available so your team is fully prepared.

Who will we work with at Handle-It?

You will have a dedicated team supporting your business. Our inside sales team handles quotes and product recommendations. Business Development Managers help you grow through marketing support, lead generation, and joint sales efforts. Our operations and logistics team manages your orders from confirmation through delivery. Technical support is also available for installation and service needs.

Who handles installation and service?

Most installations and service work are handled by our dealer network. In certain cases, especially for larger or more complex projects, our team can step in to provide direct support when it makes sense.

How quickly can we expect quotes?

Speed matters. Most quotes are turned around the same day, often within a few hours. For more complex applications, our team will work directly with you and your customer to develop the right solution.

Where do your products ship from?

Our safety guarding products ship from multiple locations across the United States to reduce transit time and cost. Current locations include Wisconsin, Florida, and Texas, with California coming soon. Packaging equipment ships from Wisconsin, with expansion plans underway.
