Guarantee/Warranty
Handle It, Inc. provides a 2 year warranty from delivery date to be free from defects in materials and workmanship as described below. This warranty covers all of Handle It products and assumes normal service will be performed by the user outlined in the owner’s manual. This warranty also assumes frequency of use of this product will not exceed the parameters outlined in the owner’s manual.
Structural components manufactured by Handle It, Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of machine shipment. During the warranty period Handle It, Inc. will, at its option, either repair or replace any failed component.
Rollers are not warranted against physical damage, corrosion, abuse or negligence. Wear parts such as e.g. belts, fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, brakes, motor brushes, slip rings brushes, etc. are excluded from this warranty.
