Oversized Pallets Packaging Pro Tips

Here are several Pro Tips that will help you properly wrap oversized pallets for transport:

Unsure where to start? Consider using an initial cycle with 2-3 top and bottom rotations and a 50% film tension for an average pallet load.
Slower speeds and less tension are ideal for dialing in and optimizing load containment and cycle time.
For sharp edges, try lowering rotation speed and film tension. You can also use a more puncture-resistant and thicker film to prevent rips and tears.
For pallets with outlier products at the top, try increasing the “flanging” or overwrap delay time and top rotations to ensure you get a high enough film band to catch the top layer.
